The Greenhouse Training School is a full-time school of spiritual formation, that takes place in the context of a community of mission & discipleship. This initiative is for those with a desire to be firmly rooted in their identity and equipped to live passionately for the Lord as they enter the missionfield, ministry, or the marketplace. If you're 18-30 years old, ready to be equipped, and passionate about reaching the world - The Greenhouse is for you.

Our first year program
The primary focus of Chapter I is to have your identity firmly rooted in the love of God. To learn to hear and obey God's voice. To receive healing and become whole as you embrace trusted friends and the work of the Holy Spirit. To explore new sustainable rhythms of life in community.
By joining this intensive first stage of training you will experience healing of the heart, receive life changing impartation and be equipped to become a faithful and fruitful follower of Jesus.

The Word of God anchors everything we do. Students grow through biblical teaching, personal study, and a life shaped by Scripture.

Every day begins together in worship and prayer. Everything we do at The Greenhouse flows from coming to Him first.

Teaching & Impartation
Deep, transformational teaching on growing in intimacy with Jesus, our identity as sons and daughters of God, the Mission of God, God's heart for Israel and the nations, and more — all with space for the Holy Spirit to minister.

Community Life
Grow in community through authentic relationships, mentoring, shared meals, Sabbath celebrations, and life together — praying hard and playing hard.

Formation
Spiritual formation through learning spiritual disciplines, a curated rule of life, and practical work and labor — learning to serve, steward, and grow in character through everyday responsibility.

Outreach & Mission
Serve our region through local outreach and step into the nations through international trips built on trusted ministry partnerships.
