Our Story

The Greenhouse is a ministry expression of Gateways Beyond International.

The Greenhouse Training School was born out of the legacy of over 25 years of discipleship training. We have been pioneering training schools in Europe and the USA and helping to launch similar schools in Israel and other nations. We are committed to continue making disciples through both training programs and community life. After living and working in Cyprus for many years, our team received the call of the Lord to the Northeast of the USA.

Our Campus

Tucked among the rolling hills and fertile farmland of Manheim, Pennsylvania, The Greenhouse has found a home in a region whose story has always been one of cultivation. We believe that story is still being written.

For generations, the fields of Lancaster County have produced abundant harvests through patient labor, faithful stewardship and an understanding that healthy fruit begins with healthy roots. It is fitting, then, that we have found our home here.

As we approach the 300th anniversary of the outpouring in Herrnhut, Germany in 1727, and on the 270th year anniversary of the founding of Lititz, we have found a new home.

Just a few miles from our campus is Lititz, a community born out of one of the most influential missionary movements in history. Marked by extraordinary devotion to Jesus, uncommon community, unceasing prayer and a passion to proclaim the gospel among the nations, the Moravians helped ignite a missionary vision whose influence reached around the world. We are inspired by that very same longing, determined not to live in the shadow of their history, but to live in the shout of their testimony.

The Greenhouse exists to cultivate a space where God's presence is welcome, to equip sons and daughters to contend in prayer for our region and the nations and to see families step into their God-given inheritance. We believe that this campus has been prepared to serve that purpose.

Our Leadership Team

Matthew + Serah Rudolph

Matthew is a Jewish believer in Jesus whose heart burns for God's glory to be seen in Israel and the nations. Experiences gained from growing up in a missions family living in places like India, Europe, and the Middle East have given him a broad understanding of the heartbeat of God for the whole world. Matthew serves on the leadership team of Gateways Beyond International, which is a family of messianic missional communities and ministries. These communities are passionate about exploring rhythms of life together that unite worship and prayer, discipleship training and world outreach. Matthew helped to pioneer the Gateways Training School, a six-month discipleship program focused on training, equipping and launching young adults into their place in the Kingdom of God. Matthew and Serah were married in 2002 and for over 15 years they served as the leaders of the community in Cyprus. Together they have led numerous short-term outreach teams to Ethiopia, Israel and much of Europe and continue to minister internationally as a couple. Following the call of the Lord to pioneer again, the Rudolphs along with their beautiful children, Levy and Noa moved to the Northeast part of the US in 2018 to help serve the move of God in this region and be a part of a sending movement from the Northeast to the nations!

David + Rachel Diroll

David and Rachel Diroll live with a passion for this generation. Having spent the last 10+ years living in the nations and equipping young people to live wholeheartedly for God, they received a call to be planted in Harrisburg, PA. They have four beautiful children, who are their greatest delight. Rachel has a passion for education, and is the headmaster of Sequoia Christian School. David burns with one simple desire: to see young men be championed to live wholeheartedly for God and burn with purpose. As a family, they desire to be a catalyst for this generation to receive their God-given destiny. Also, chances are that coffee is always being consumed at any given time.

Dylan + Kady Krause

Dylan and Kady met at a discipleship school at Life Center in 2005 and have spent their lives chasing God around the world together ever since. They got married in 2008 and now have four beautiful miracle children. They have a passion for Jesus and His people, and it is with great joy that they witness His love transform others. Over the years, they have had a front row seat to such encounters serving as missionaries/pastors in India, Europe, and Australia. May the adventure continue!
