- + Every day clothing and shoes should be clean, modest and presentable for classroom/ministry settings.
- + Work clothes and shoes that can get dirty
- + Clothing for sports activities (hiking, games, workouts)
- + A few nicer clothing items for shabbat dinners, services and commencement.
- + Pajamas
- + Winter Jacket
- + Swimsuit (modest)
Essentials
- + Insulated mug for hot drinks (make sure it doesn’t spill if it tips over)
- + Reusable water bottle (1 liter+ / 32oz+)
- + Bible, journal and pen
- + Backpack for classes and travel
- + Single size bed sheets, pillow and comforter or duvet
- + Towel and washcloth
- + Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, etc.)
- + Suitcase / bag (small enough for one week trip)
- + Sleeping bag
- + Flashlight / headlamp (for camping and travel)
- + ID & Proof of health insurance
- + Passport (make sure it is valid longer than 6 months from the end of the school)

Lancaster Weather
Spring (March - May): Temperatures warm up quickly, with daily highs moving from the 50s to the 70s°F. Lows range from the low 30s to the mid-50s°F.
Summer (June - August): These are the warmest months. Daily highs average in the low-to-mid 80s°F, and lows stay mild, resting in the 60s°F.
Fall (September - November): Highs begin in the 70s°F in September and drop to the 50s°F by November. Lows dip from the 50s°F down to the freezing point (30s°F).
Winter (December - February): The coldest time of the year. Daily highs average in the upper 30s to low 40s°F, while average overnight lows fall into the mid-20s°F.
