Rebekah Kominars

I’m Rebekah! I’m 21, and I love being in the midst of this community. I get to run after God’s heart in the company of friends who provoke me and push me forward into transformation, not only for me but for the world beyond. I’m in love with worship and dance because there’s nothing quite like praising God with your whole being. I love going on the mission field and experiencing other environments and expressions of life and culture. I also oversee some of the many different tasks of “service time,” where the many hands come in to help with the daily operations of the school—cleanings, projects, and assignments on the property. I also get to celebrate the milestones of our students by organizing birthday celebrations. Also get to help in the kitchen with our amazing head chef and whip up delicious meals for our school.

Go to coffee order: Iced cold brew with almond milk and honey. It makes me feel all giddy and ready for the day.
Favorite place you've been to: A small patisserie on the cobbled streets of Dordrecht in the Netherlands, It was magical.
If you could be fluent in one language, what would it be?: Mandarin because it’s one of the hardest languages for Westerners
